In-game Interview

The in-game interview is 2 online matches against our board members, created to introduce new members of our league to the rules and climate of the franchise. It also has the purpose of helping new members find out if they are suited for this type of league.

After the members of our board decide an applicant is ligit, they join the league.

Things we look for:

• Internet speed - excessive lag
  
• Unsportsman-like - quiters, cheep playing style (ex. wildcat every play)
  
• Difficulty Contacting - cannot schedual games,
  

This system is for the benifit of quality, and although may be viewed as inconvenient, it is highly important to avoid the Pitfalls of an Online Franchise.
